Pack Bloom is a collaborative packing app from MZen Labs for families and travel groups. This policy explains what data the app may process while running beta and production builds.

Data you provide

Pack Bloom may store account profile information, email address, display name, trip names, destinations, dates, traveler aliases, packing items, assignments, packed counts, tasks, shopping items, comments, invite membership, templates, and activity events.

Services used

The app uses Firebase Auth, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, and RevenueCat. These services help provide authentication, syncing, invite handling, notifications, diagnostics, analytics, and subscription status.

How data is used

Data is used to provide shared trip planning, keep packing and shopping state synchronized, show activity history, support premium entitlement checks, restore purchases, troubleshoot crashes, and improve app quality.

Sharing and collaboration

Content inside a shared trip is visible to invited trip members. Do not add sensitive travel or personal information that should not be visible to other trip members.

Data deletion

You can request account and associated data deletion from the account deletion page. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, or billing obligations.
