Account and data deletion
Request deletion of your Pack Bloom account.
Pack Bloom supports account-based collaboration. During beta, account deletion requests are handled by MZen Labs support while the fully automated in-app deletion flow is prepared.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the email used for Pack Bloom.
- Use the subject line: Delete my Pack Bloom account.
- Include your display name and the Google or Apple sign-in email for verification.
What will be deleted
The request covers your Pack Bloom account profile and associated app data, including trips you own, templates, comments, activity entries, device tokens, and membership records where deletion is technically and legally permitted.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal, tax, or platform obligations. Shared trips owned by another member may keep non-identifying history needed for the remaining members.
Timing
Support will confirm receipt and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days.
